The Third Eye Chakra, or Ajna. It’s considered the center of intuition, inner wisdom, and psychic abilities. It's the 6th Chakra located in between the brows. It's your energy center that governs how you perceive the world beyond just physical senses, it's your insight. When your third eye chakra is balanced, you’ll typically experience some pretty powerful and positive feelings and states of mind. Your thinking feels clear, you just know things without needing logical proof, there’s a quiet knowing and calmness inside you and you feel a deeper connection to your spiritual self or the universe. When unbalanced it can manifest as feeling mentally foggy, confused, or scattered, experiencing headaches, eye strain, or sinus problems, feeling "lost" and worrying about things you can’t see or control. The Third Eye Chakra is the energetic center that allows a sense of wisdom and trust in yourself and the bigger picture
