The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha is associated with communication, self-expression, truth, and authenticity. It's the 5th Chakra located in the throat and extending to the neck, jaw, and mouth. It's your energy center for verbal expression, whether you're speaking, singing, writing, or simply having a conversation. When your throat chakra is balanced, you feel a strong, natural connection between your inner truth and how you express yourself, you feel confident, creative and have no fear of judgement, you feel free. When unbalanced it can manifest as physical pain such as a sore throat, emotional pain such as gossiping; this is a sign of an overactive throat chakra, or mental pain feeling shy or unheard. The Throat Chakra is the energetic center that allows you to translate thoughts and emotions into words, and to receive and process communication from others and your inner self.

This is a full day Quantum Healing Level Two Class with Certified Reiki Master/Quantum Healer/Intuitive Spiritual Teacher Lucy Basso. Lucy has been running for almost a decade spiritual based classes, workshops and events out of her successful space Welcome Angels Wellness Centre Inc.

Must have completed level one in order to register for level two.
This class will be open to follow up inquiries regarding students from level one progress. During this class students will have the opportunity to do more in depth practice in person and distant. NOTE: You will be required to bring in a photo on your phone or printed of the person or pet that you would like to do distant healing on. Please include someone that you know personally that you can follow up with afterwards.
