This appointment calms your mind, relaxes your body and brings it back into balance. A 1 hour session (including a short consultation or 30 mins for your first visit plus £10 to fully explain the process and what you may experience ) is carried out with the recipient lying down, or sitting, in a comfortable and peaceful environment. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes easily through all materials, including plaster casts.
The Practitioner places their hands gently on or over the body in multiple places; there is no massage or manipulation. Reiki may be experienced as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations, or nothing at all.

Relaxation and Reiki

This treatment starts with relaxation techniques that you can practice with the Reiki practitioner and receive audio downloads for you to continue what you have learnt at home. The second half of this session is a shorter Reiki treatment.
There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes easily through all materials, including plaster casts.
The Practitioner places their hands gently on or over the head; there is no massage or manipulation. Reiki can also be given over a distance as a taster treatment.
Reiki may be experienced as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations, or nothing at all.

Under 18 Reiki

A shorter ‘hands off’ treatment of approximately 10-15 minutes suitable for under 18’s who suffer from anxiety, stress or ADHD as it can promote a deep relaxed state which may help with symptoms. A parents signed consent and an initial consultation will be required which takes an extra 30 mins with an additional cost of £10. Under 16’s will need to have a parent present. Meditation

When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress. Meditation classes can be one to one or for small groups of 3 people. An information sheet is given out with the Meditation techniques each week, so you can practice at home. The cost is £45 per hour which can be divided between the students attending.

We start with a weekly one to one, level 1 class of 6 x 1 hour sessions to introduce you to the basics of meditation where you learn how to:
- Create a suitable environment for meditating
- Breath work
- Focusing techniques to aid meditating
- Grounding, giving you the ability to return to the present moment
- Relaxation using breath work and visualisation
- Guided meditation from the tutor
Sessions are one to one or a small group of three and a client information form will need to be completed.
Meditation can be beneficial to your emotional and physical well-being but if you suffer from any of the following, you will need to obtain consent from your Doctor or mental health care provider:
Clinical depression
Bipolar
Epilepsy

Reiki Distance Healing

This treatment is for those who cannot come into the Therapy Centre and works holistically on your whole body. Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present. We are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. If you wish to cancel the agreement, 30 days notice in writing (email or letter) is required and any money already paid which has not already been used for a treatment will be refunded.

The Reiki Care Plan covers a 12 month period and will remain in place until cancelled by yourself and with your bank.

Reiki Care Plan is for the named person taking it out and treatments cannot be transferred to someone else.

A 30 minute consultation which includes a 5 minute Reiki Taster treatment to allow you to experience Reiki Energy. The practitioner fully explains what Reiki energy is and the process during a treatment. View less

Packages

Reiki Care Plan 20

Book this service for a 60 minute Reiki appointment of either a Full 1 hour of Reiki or Relaxation and Reiki - choose whichever is suitable for you at the beginning of your appointment. To book, you must have paid 2 monthly instalments of £20.50 per month. Six treatments per annum will be available to you at each 2 month interval, after each set of 2 payments are received.
