An Initial visit is for NEW or FIRST time patients to ChiroCure Clinic for Chiropractic care.
This consult includes: a case history, posture scan, movement analysis, pain assessment, orthopaedic testing and a full body treatment. Our practitioners will explain your symptoms, their findings and offer a comprehensive diagnosis, with care plan and treatment options specific to you. Referral for X-ray imaging (as required) is bulk-billed through Medicare.

Our Chiropractors offer a range of gentle techniques including low force blocking, drop piece, activator, mobilisation, soft tissue release and manual manipulation.

An extended chiropractic consultation allows our chiropractors to spend more time on a full body treatment, soft tissue release and rehabilitation , or allows us to focus on acute pain.
This visit may be helpful to patients suffering from a recent trauma, acute pain conditions, more than one area of complaint, headaches, stress or anxiety, pregnancy related pain (choose pregnancy consult), or sciatica/shooting nerve pain.
Additional time will allow our us to include: spinal and extremity adjusting, ultrasound therapy,
rehabilitation programs, ergonomic advice, one on one exercise session, muscle release and TBM techniques.
Treatment techniques we use include: manual manipulation, low force activator adjusting, drop piece, soft tissue release, posture correction, joint mobilisation, kinesiology, TBM, cranial and sinus adjusting, and pelvic blocking.

A long detailed visit will allow our chiropractors to spend more time on a full body treatment, prescribe you a tailored rehabilitation program, and make sure you know how to do your exercises correctly.
It is recommended that if you are in acute pain, have more than 1 area of complaint or require additional time for soft tissue treatment, that you select this appointment.

A longer treatment session may also include: spinal and extremity adjusting, ultrasound therapy, ergonomic advice, kinesiology, soft tissue therapy, activator adjusting, cranial adjusting, supplement advice, rehabilitation program, pain management program, dietary advice and more.

If it has been over 12 months since your last chiropractic appointment at ChiroCure Clinic, you will need to book in for a re-exam visit.

This appointment includes a revised history taking, computerised spinal check and posture analysis, neurological exam, musculoskeletal assessment and full body chiropractic treatment.

Please ensure to select this type of appointment if you have not been into the clinic for a Chiropractic adjustment with one of our practitioners in over a year. Patients that have not be treated, will be required to change to this type of appointment when you next come in. View less
