We send out a detailed consultation form for you to complete, we ask for photos to be sent of your face without makeup in clear light. (in-front of a window is good) with a front view and side views.

The consultation is via zoom, an invite is sent just before the consultation.
We send follow up notes with the topics discussed during the consultation, with specific links to advice and products if necessary.
We always advice on professional products that we know and trust, which you can purchase should you wish. We will give some high street alternatives where applicable and if required. View less
