In order to qualify, you will need to present a full ACC45 claim form to Charlotte on info@aiohealing.com so she can put in an application to ACC. A letter from ACC does not mean you have been accepted to have Rongoa Maori treatment with AIO Healing. Once ACC reply with a purchase order for your claim sent to Charlotte, will she make contact with you to make an appointment. If you make an appointment without following these instructions, your booking will be cancelled.
