Residential Garage Doors should be serviced at least annually and larger Commercial Doors will need to be maintained more regularly still. Our standard service usually includes: Maintenance and Alignment Test, Examination of all Safety Systems, Inspection of all Components particularly those parts most likely to fail, Tension Adjustment on Springs/Chain, Lubrication of all Moving Components.
