The initial visit to the clinic lasts around an hour. This includes taking a detailed history your health, lifestyle, diet, stress / life events and a detailed examination of your scalp and hair. In hair loss cases we ask that you bring a copy of any recent blood tests to help with your diagnosis. In most cases by the end of the consultation a conclusion can be reached and suggestions will be made regarding what you should do or use to resolve it, then the rest is up to you.

Follow-Up Appointment - Weekday

Follow-up appointments are for clients who have already had an initial consultation. A progress review lasting approximately 30 minutes. For hair loss patients this usually involves reviewing actions taken over the previous 3-6 months and the effect on hair loss or growth. Further blood tests can be reviewed to asses any improvements and review supplements and what the next plan of action is.

Please note, it has been many years since you last came or you need advice for a completely different problem, you will need to book an hour consultation so your appointment does not feel rushed. View less

A short reassessment consultation lasting 5-10 minutes followed by an electrotherapy treatment including Ultraviolet light treatment, high frequency treatment & laster phototherapy. SATURDAY - Child Consultation (Small Children)

30 mins · £80

Initial Consultation fee is reduced for small children under 10 and lasts approximately 30 minutes. Small children are normally less complicated and the reduced fee is due to the shorter appointment not the age of the child. If the consultation lasts longer than half an hour you will be charged the full £160 fee.

Wig Consultation

A Free 15 minute discussion about your requirements prior to a wig fitting. During the appointment we will help you choose or recommend the right wigs to order in for your second appointment. We do not hold stock for you to try on in the consultation but would normally select 3-4 wigs in the right colour and shape for your second appointment.

In some circumstances we will ask for a small deposit to order your wigs and cover the return cost of postage should you not arrive for your fitting appointment.
