Reiki for Children

This gentle session offers a calm and nurturing space for children to relax, reset, and reconnect with their inner light. Using Reiki and light healing, I support your child's nervous system to soften and settle, helping them to feel safe, balanced and supported.
Parents are gently guided during the session and shown simple, soothing techniques that support the Vagus nerve - tools you can continue using at home to encourage emotional regulation, deeper calm, and improved sleep.
Each session is a loving space for your child to feel held, nurtured, and restored in their natural rhythm.
