- Please select the correct service (Gel/BIAB or extensions) & nail art level. If you're unsure, please message me before booking in. If you change your mind at your appointment, you will be charged for the service you booked in for as the price is allocated for each time slot.

- Infills, removals & repairs MUST be booked in as they take extra time. If this is not done, we may not have time for the service you originally planned.

- Infills are for sets which are 3-4 weeks old or less. A removal will be needed if the set is older.

- I can only infill my own work. A removal will be needed if you have BIAB/Gel from another tech on your nails.

- Please only buzz at your exact appointment time as I may have a client in already or be on a break.

- Please arrive alone to your appointment. There is no waiting area for non-clients.
