Family Constellation Facilitation is a way to look at or view your 'situation' from the outside. It can provide insight and awareness into may be keeping you stuck in a pattern or a situation. Sometimes it may be a generational pattern or hurt that has shaped the way things are unfolding in your life, or it can also help show up what resources you may be needing to support you on your journey.

This facilitation can be done online or in person and involves a brief discussion into what issue you would like to look at and then often objects or online tools can be used to represent what is showing up for you and how circumstances or people relate to each other in your situation. You get to view this and are encouraged to experience it somatically, in your body, rather than trying to explain or analyse in your head. View less
