This appointment is the most effective for starting the process of changing what is needed and wanted. It is an 2 hour block where we do your initial consultation and then follow up therapy session back to back.

So you will have the opportunity to meet me get a feel for how I work and then we go straight into the therapy sessions that may utilise a combination of Hypnosis, Counselling, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique - Tapping) depending on what is best for you and your situation.
