This Vaccine is for protection against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. Plenty of people aged between 15 and 30 years didn’t get fully immunised when they were children. This puts you at risk of catching and spreading the infection. If you don’t know, it’s best to get immunised. It’s safe to have an extra dose of the MMR vaccine.

You can also get a free immunisation if you’re 16 or older and fit the criteria. Adults born before 1969 are generally considered immune due to widespread measles infection before the vaccine was introduced.
