This includes travel time, setup, and any additional preparation required to provide a high quality treatment experience.
HOW IT'S CALCULATED:
- Travel time is factored into the call-out fee.
We apply a £80 per hour rate for travel time (round trip).
- A mileage rate of £0.45 - £0.50 per mile (as per HRMC guidelines) will also be applied, separately.
- For London bookings, any additional fees such as congestion charges, ULEZ charges, or parking costs will also apply.
