Chartered Professional Coach, ISSF Certified, double-certified USA Shooting, Florin has extensive experience coaching at the national level as well as internationally. Proud recipient of the 2009 ‘ATA Coach of the Year’ as well as Shooting Federation of Canada 2019 Coach of the Year awards, Florin served as Team Trap Coach for the TO2015 Pan American Games, as well as Canada’s Team Lead and Trap Coach for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Florin is Canada's National Trap coach.

Welcome Session for One

More info A special outing for all new Trapshooting Academy athletes. A complete beginner receives a short introduction into the sport of trapshooting, learns about safety, the basics of proper form and technique followed by the amazing experience of breaking targets for the first time. Students do not have to own a shotgun, no PAL is required and no prior experience with firearms is necessary. Protective gear is provided at no charge.
A more seasoned trapshooter will receive a complete thorough assessment by the coach and a training plan may be devised for future sessions.
