2) My massage style combines the technique of Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Japanese Shiatsu, and Chiness pressure point. The overall pressure you receive will be firm yet still comfortable so it is able to cater both requirements - relaxing and also get rid of the knots.
You should expect a fair amount of soreness around the areas with tight muscles, and some after the massage, but they will only last for couple of days and then disappear. However, you can always discuss with me what level of the pressure you prefer and we can work on that.
