Appointments are by prior booking online only.
I take bookings up to 5 weeks in advance. Same day appointments are not available.

Booking Process

*Click Book Now at the top right of this page (inside the menu on mobile)
*Choose your appointment time, carefully check the Date/Month selected!
*Pay the deposit.
*You will recieve a consultation form via text within 24hrs.
*Complete and send back the consultation within 48hrs to have booking confirmed, get a email confirmation.
*Attend your appointment.
*If required, change or cancel more than 24hrs before apt by clicking "book now" and then "log in" option at top right and using your mobile number. If less than 24hrs notice deposit will not be refundable.

You can use the button at the top of the page to make or edit your booking. I require an appointment deposit and the remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment by cash or card.

You can contact me by Email, Facebook or Text Message. I can't answer phonecalls due to working, please only call if you have a booking and it is urgent (i.e. running late), voicemails cant be left, please text, email or message me to get in touch for anything else.

Kaew's Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment you agree to the following :

Appointments must be pre-booked, walk-in appointments are not available.

Bookings are made online more than 24 hours before the appointment time and require a £20 deposit , New customers will get a consultation form by text message and email soon after making a booking (existing customers need only complete a consultation every 6 months or if you notify of a change of circumstances). Please complete and return this within 48hrs of recipt, otherwise the appointment may be rejected and given to someone else.

You will need to provide correct and accurate details and confirm you are fit and healthy enough for Thai massage, please consult your doctor if you are unsure if Thai massage is suitable, Kaew's cant give any medical advice or asses your suitability for massage. Massage is not a replacement for medical treatment. Appointments are subject to saftey screening.

All appointment details are sent via e-mail after you complete your consultation and your booking is confirmed, you should read and review this email.

Returning clients must let me know if any of their personal/health information has changed before every appointment and can review their online account contact details by clicking "Book Now" at the top of www.kaews.co.uk and then "Log In" in top right hand corner.

I dont offer pregnancy massage at this time and cannot offer an appointment for massage if you are currently pregnant. Unfortunately my treatment room is not currently wheelchair accessible.

There is no waiting area or toilet facilities, please dont bring anyone else with you.

Parking is available. 24-hour CCTV is in operation and no cash is kept on the premises. Kaews will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your appointment.
All appointments are at Kaew's discretion. Kaew's holds the right to refuse or cancel any treatment or appointment. Kaew's takes a strict zero tolerance approach to inappropriate or abusive remarks and behaviour.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

You can use this gift voucher to book online. Appointments are subject to availability so please book in advance.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Expiry date is not extendable, vouchers that have expired can not be accepted. This voucher is strictly non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged.

Kaews is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers. This voucher is not valid with any other offer. Vouchers can only be used once and must be redeemed in full; no refund is possible for partially used vouchers, additional fees may apply for alterations (ie. booking a £50 appointment with a £45 voucher will require an additional £5 paid at the appointment). Once used to place a booking, normal cancellation policy applies and voucher is treated as a deposit. All other Terms and Conditions’s apply as shown at kaews.co.uk and checkout.
