Dip Remedial Massage Therapist
Jo studied remedial massage therapy in London in 1999 and worked in various multidisciplinary practices until she returned to her hometown of Methven in 2013 where she has been practicing both there and in Ashburton. She specialises in Deep Tissue, dry needling and cupping therapy.

Helena Dunlea

Level 5 Diploma in Relaxation and Wellness Massage
Helena completed her Massage Therapist qualifications at the New Zealand College of Massage in Christchurch in June 2019, receiving her Level 5 Diploma in Relaxation and Wellness Massage. She is continuing to up skill herself through weekend courses designed to teach her new techniques/ideas. She lives in Rakaia with her husband and 3 children, who are all very sports orientated. She enjoys the challenge to keep fit and active and knows the importance of keeping our bodies well looked after.
